I have recently just started boxing with no experience, and I already feel myself improving significantly! Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and it is a wonderful community. The coaches are very encouraging and truly want to see you succeed. It is super motivating, and I am always excited to attend class!
I love this boxing gym. Couches really do correct your technique. Gym is clean, the people are so friendly and it feels like a little community. I love that no matter your level, you feel welcome and motivated. I truly recommend.
This year I wanted to try something new and to become stronger so I looked into boxing. I had no prior experience and wanted to find someplace that is woman friendly. This place so great for anyone looking to expand their horizons and try a hard and fun workout. The owner and instructors are amazing and really want to see you succeed. Everyone that comes to this place are truly so kind and thy have such a welcoming community. I highly recommend!
Here’s a reviewThis small boxing club offers an intimate space that’s just right for its purpose. While parking can be a bit tricky, there are options available nearby with a little patience. The workout is structured into four stations, and participants rotate through them as a group, providing variety and balance. The trainers are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Guidance during workouts is minimal, giving members the freedom to adapt the exercises to their own pace or preferences. P.S. The guys there are incredibly respectful and chivalrous, toward ladies. Highly recommend!
I came here to sign up for some classes and my husband and I waited at the front desk, and no one helped us. I thought maybe they were just clients but once I looked on the website I recognized 3 of the trainers. Looking at the reviews I was so excited and nervous about stepping out of my shell to try something new and was left a little disappointed. I’m sure this place is great and amazing, but I ultimately ended up having to look for another place because I felt I wasn’t welcomed.
