a very pretty and organized studio. spacious and what’s most is the studio offers such diverse classes - I did yoga w/ gong & immersion, came out feeling very positive. the teachers are also very friendly, helpful and correct your posture. 100% recommended.
I was on vacation and wanted to take a yoga class while in Paris. At My Ginger I felt that 20 euros was a fair price given how pricey other classes in Paris could be. I took an open level class and loved it. The studio is beautiful and clean, the instructor Jennifer led an efficient and appropriately challenging class, and the experience was unlike anything else I had done in all my years of working out/doing yoga. This should be a bucket list item for any yogi! For other travelers - this is best suited for someone who speaks French. I was able to find my flow because I have taken several yoga classes in the past which helped, but to get the most out of class you’ll want to understand some French.
I liked the practice and the yoga but the mats are a bit too close to eachother, and the 8 projectors running without open windows made me asphyxiated (with asthma I am sensitive to this)
