I moved away from Belmont a year and a half ago and I have yet to find a yoga studio as great as Groundwork. They have a wide variety of class options and the teachers are all so helpful. The class sizes are on the smaller side which I love because the teachers are able to see everyone and help correct postures. I still get their emails and can see all the upcoming workshops and classes they have. I am always tempted to drive the hour back to Belmont so I can take there classes.
This studio is amazing, it is welcome to all levels, the teachers are all knowledgable and kind. There is a fun variety of classes to chose from with convenient times. Also, the studio is clean and well stocked with high quality mats and props. One thing to note is the entrance is actually on Maple, not Trapelo Rd.
I Love this studio! It is low key, small and friendly, and beautifully maintained. Easy to get to and accessible by car or bus. All of the instructors that I have taken class with are smart, kind, well-trained, and respectful of each individual's abilities. I never know how my schedule is going to work out and love being able to sign up for class at the very last minute and having so many options available. Classes at Groundwork stretch both your body and your spirit!
