As a newer Sudbury resident, I’m so happy to have a great yoga studio in town! Each of the classes has been wonderful, and the times are convenient for working professionals with options for early morning and later in the evening. Highly recommend.

BEST place to do yoga ever! I love going here after a busy day. The classes are amazing and really let you go at your own pace. I am a beginner for sure recovering from a back injury and love it here. They teach you at the same time as allowing you to center yourself and relax. The studio is very clean, and they often have Himalayan salt lamps and lavender aroma therapy! It is always HOT and make sure you bring lots of water and a towel. Also, just incase you are allergic to latex bring your own mat or let them know and they are accommodating. They also have a water bubbler which is great to fill up before a class and after. I could not say more positive things about them. Their hours/ schedule is also very convenient! Try it out!

I used to come to this location when it was inner strength, And wow what a difference! Firstly, there is such a better variety of classes and times available. The front desk staff are very helpful and very kind. I’ve had three teachers in the past week, and they are all excellent. Also, the best part, is that the monthly membership fee is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Yoga works!
