Had a great experience with a beginners session. The gym is incredibly clean and tidy with a friendly atmosphere and very inclusive for beginners like me. Enjoyed learning some new skills. Will definitely return.
I joined the 6 week ladies' beginner kickboxing classes last November and can't recommend them enough to anyone considering giving it a go. David is very supportive and makes the classes really fun and welcoming. I've come away from them feeling stronger and empowered - can't wait to start again this year!
I began attending EKA in October last year after signing up for a Ladies' Beginners Course, and having now completed two of these courses I can highly recommend this programme to any other ladies interested in starting kickboxing. EKA offers a welcoming and well equipped space for the sessions, which are a great mix of cardio and strength. It's definitely challenging, but an addictive all round work out. David the instructor is really experienced, friendly and approachable, and makes the techniques accessible for beginners. Definitely give it a go if you're after a stress-relieving, fun way to get fit!
I joined the ladies' beginner kickboxing classes at EKA last year and it's one of the best decisions I made! It has been such a gamechanger for my confidence, fitness and mental health and now I always look forward to going. Classes are friendly and empowering, and David is incredibly skilled, patient and supportive. If anyone is even vaguely tempted to give kickboxing a go, I can't recommend EKA enough!
Well where do I begin!! I joined EKA in January 2023 and have been attending ever since!! I absolutely enjoy it and try and train a minimum of 4 x a week!! The classes are varied and led by instructors who are exceptionally experienced full of energy and enthusiasm motivating the class at all times. Inspired by the teaching I took up personal training in April 2023 to help achieve my personal goals which are still ongoing! I am currently red belt! 2 stones lighter and a much happier healthier me!! I cannot recommend this club enough!! The instructors are extraordinary and the club members are so welcoming friendly and so encouraging of each other! As I've said before my only regret is not discovering the club much sooner!!
