Metamorphoses is a private gym that includes specialized megaformer Pilates and Cycling room. There are different plans and pricing that can fit your schedule and preferences. Currently, there is a special for $120 for 10 classes or $15 for your first class. Jennifer was my cycling instructor and Stephanie was my pilates instructor for the day. They are one of the best instructors I have ever experienced. They are not only full of positive energy, but kept me motivated even though I was a beginner at their studio. Besides the tough workout, the studio offers filtered water and the locker room that is modern and clean. If you have a passion for Pilates and cycling, metamorphosis is the place to be!
