This gym used to be a bank. The lower level was the vault, which explains the absurdly thick (about 20 cm) steel door. The upper floor used to be the teller hall, so you get high ceilings, arches, and marble everywhere. Plenty of machines, good overall layout. The treadmills aren’t amazing, but they’re serviceable and don’t ruin the experience. 5/5.
The best gym I have ever squeezed the iron in. The mix of neoclassical interior, bodybuilding and timeless music gives this place a unique atmosphere. You want to be coming back and you do... with joy! PS: top score for the music. No crappy nameless songs and artists, only the best of energetic world renowned tracks.
This gym's awesome if you're there to actually work out, not just pose. It's got that classic gym vibe with a cool, unusual look and everything you need. Only real downside? The AC isn't great.
I came for the trial lesson, and got gloves and leg covers from the gym. Once I took them off, my hands and legs smelled so awful, as if I was the homeless person that forces the whole bus to exit when they get in. I had to wash my hands 6 times in order to get rid of the smell. Disgusting. Also, there are like 80 people in the Muay Thai training. While the trainer might be good, there is no way for him to dedicate the time to everyone. And yeah, the whole building smelled pretty bad, unlike Zdrofit or martial arts gyms I've been to.
First the good stuff: the BJJ coaches (Max, Radek, Maciul) are amazing, and I heard the wrestling/kickboxing/MMA classes are good too. The boxing coach (Arturo) is just bad - I don't think it's possible to learn anything from his beginner class, regardless of how much you enjoy his shouting at you. But whoever runs the gym thinks it's acceptable to have the showers/bathroom out of order for a literal month now, without any communication to the members, while charging usual prices and promoting the club on social media as if everything is normal. Whatever the reason for that is, it's really unprofessional and disrespectful to the members. The showers situation was never addressed, isn't handled at all. Everyone is left with the choice between leaving the gym stinking, dirty, and developing skin diseases multiple times a week or looking for a new gym.
