I've been going to this gym for over 3 years now, and everyone is very nice and they guide you and help you out (you do have to ask, since it's awkward for people to correct you) it's affordable and has almost all necessary equipment available.
Perfect gym for new people . It is located at main tariq road. But gym cost is quiet high. 3500rs per month. Because he invest in a new equipment he will charge more. If you can afford this price you can go ahead with good gym. They are quiet neat and clean. Their staff is quiet professional. They do have a ladies timings as well. Visit and get healthy
For me .. it’s average gym but the machines are too good and now A.C are also installed
A great place to workout... the gym has been completely revamped with new equipment and flooring. The monthly fees for bodybuilding is 2500 and for cardio is 3000 and if you opt for personal trainer than you have to pay extra for that. I must say it's a good gym in reasonable price with nice and friendly atmosphere
