I cannot emphasize enough how AMAZING the gym, and staff are here. You always feel welcomed when entering. Judgement free zone. The owner is great, attentive and is very knowledgeable with everything related to fitness. No matter your goal, this is the place for you. Compared to what it was before this gym has changed for the better!! Definitely a results driven gym, and definitely recommend 100%!!!
I can honestly say Fitt 4 life is one of the best fitness environments I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, you immediately notice how clean and well-maintained everything is. The floors, equipment, and even the smaller details like mirrors and countertops are consistently spotless. It’s clear that the management takes cleanliness seriously, which makes working out here feel comfortable and safe. The equipment is always organized and in great condition. Machines are wiped down regularly, weights are put back in their proper places. What truly makes this gym stand out, though, is the staff. Every team member I’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Whether it’s assistance with equipment, membership questions, or just general encouragement, they go above and beyond to make members feel valued. The atmosphere here is motivating but never intimidating. The staff and trainers create a positive environment where people of all fitness levels feel comfortable. i really love this place! it has everything for beginners up to people who train for more, it’s such a good environment! the people are super nice and the gym is always in good shape. i love lifting here, it’s a place that really make you feel welcome!
When i came into F4L I was immediately greeted by the kind staff and upbeat atmosphere. As someone who was very imitated and scared of working out and trying new equipment I can definitely say this place has calmed my nerves and made me feel excited about going to the gym which is exactly what a gym is supposed to feel like. So excited to see what the new owner has up his sleeve of the future!
Great place for a party. They offer a birthday party package which was truly amazing. You get to choose 3 of several different sports options and everything is included, including pizza (except the cake and balloons). I bought sandwiches for the adults to eat separately. You even get part hosts which organize the kids, play with them, make sure everything is going smoothly. I was a little nervous because I booked sight unseen but it honestly turned out to be the best party I've had for my kids. The parents got involved in the games and I had several of them say that this was the best kids party they'd been to. I would definitely recommend it.
