I have been going to CrossFit Ballymena for about 6 months and love it. The coaches are great and everyone is so friendly. The small classes mean lots of help from the coaches and I feel like it has helped me make maximum progress in a short space of time. I couldn't go back to the standard gym format!! Couldn't recommend it enough.

I have been going to CF Ballymena for almost a year now and I can honestly say that joining was one of the best decisions I have made. I love CF Ballymena! It has made such a difference for me. I've gone from doing no exercise at all and not giving a second thought to what I eat to exercising regularly (and enjoying it) and stopping to think about how what I eat will impact on me. The improvement in my physical and emotional well being has been immense. The reason I've stuck with it, and love it so much, is due to the warm, encouraging environment at CF Ballymena. From the coaches - all of them great! - to the friendly faces you see in any of the classes you go too. A really great place. Can't recommend highly enough. Give it a go!!
