Being in Hamburg for one week, I was looking for a gym to train at and ended up at this Fitness First for three days. My experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it, especially for fellow travelers. The sign-up process for my temporary pass was quick and easy; I was able to get it sorted right before I started my training. The value was very good for the quality of the facility. I was immediately impressed with the gym itself. All the spaces felt new, modern, and were impeccably clean. The entire gym is organized really well, making it easy to find everything. I usually trained between 9 and 11 AM, and it was perfect—very few people, so I never had to wait for equipment. They also have machines that sell bottled water and other drinks, which is really convenient. A huge plus was how well-maintained the amenities are. The locker rooms were spotless, and the lockers themselves are big enough for all your gear. The showers had excellent water pressure and even provided soap, which is a nice touch when you're traveling. What stood out most, however, was the staff. As a foreigner visiting a German gym for the first time, I was a little unsure about the local etiquette (like using towels, etc.). I asked the receptionists, and they were incredibly patient and friendly, explaining everything I needed to know clearly. All the staff I encountered spoke perfect English and made me feel completely welcome. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience. It's a clean, well-equipped, and friendly gym that's perfect for visitors.
