EDIT: They reached out to me, handing me back my deposit. I updated the review accordingly. Did not get back my deposit after a one year membership. In person/Email/phone with various departments - nobody felt responsible. 80 Euro down the drain. Also a small, expensive and poorly stacked gym. Will never visit again

The fitness center has a lot of room for improvement. The equipment is worn out and needs to be replaced, which negatively impacts the workout experience. Half of the machines are out of order, limiting the ability to train effectively. When contacting the administration about these issues, there is no response, which is frustrating. The only reason the center gets two stars is the friendly and competent staff, who are always helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, their excellent service doesn't make up for the numerous shortcomings in equipment and maintenance.

You are REALLY BOTHERING. I had tested you as a test day One year ago. And I chose another gym. Since then, you are sending a lot of emails as your advertisement. I had unsubscribed more than 10 times from your emails. Why you don’t stop. It’s RUDE. Don’t do that. STOP

Still didn't get my deposit after asking to cancel my subscription in September. Reached out more than 8 times by Mail, email, physically at the gym, phone !! Last time I checked in person (early December) they told me I should receive it in 2 days and still nothing. Followed up by email but no one is answering my emails anymore. Not to mention the unprofessional staff and broken machines/services.

One of the worst gyms I have ever used! Very small and crowded, no ventilation and the smell unbearable! When I asked one of the trainers to open the door as there was literally no fresh air and couldn't train anymore, she told me that she couldn't because it would be too cold for her!!! The machines are dirty as very few clean them after exercising.
