Oasis Beach Pool

Great for kids! Variety of pools and a couple of slides. Loads of staff ready to assist and help is needed. In addition to the various depth pool, they put up waves every so often (perhaps 30min?)- that's additional fun part. Recommend for kids of all ages

Will go there again. Water warm, clean toilets, hot shower water, freshly prepared fries being served. Waves working, both slides working but jacuzzis are out of service (but I don't mind). Pictures taken after last swimming session of the day, so no people can be seen (and the restaurant closed 30mins after the last session ended )

I like coming to the pool. Free parking. Not to far to come. Not to far from town. I enjoy it! Update about the pool. I've been today! Now they have updated the pool. It's a lot better than before! 😁👍. Numbers on the locker's. Cafe is now open. The water was warmer. Shower's were nice and hot! Car park is still free parking! Now have two hour slots! Wave machine. Flume's! Shall be coming back more!

Bitterly disappointed, visited for todays afternoon session, rang ahead beforehand to ensure we could just show up, and the young lad who answered told us we were fine to show up, so we did just that. However upon arrival, we had just paid and after paying we were then informed that only 1 slide was operational, the wave pool and rapids were not working and therefore not in use, we also overheard another guest conplaining saying along the lines of "its supposed to be splash and fun, but with nothing working where is the fun?" - the mini water fountain for the younger children was more a dribble than a fountain. The pool has so much potential but the owners clearly haven't done any renovation in years, broken windows, missing lights, cables hanging from above the pool from one of the slides that I noticed another dad tying up to keep it from hanging down. The bar/cafe closed looking dark dingy and the cooking utensils looks greesy and totally unsanitary. The gents toilets stink of urine with the toilets near yo overflowing and very unsightly. Then there's the outside, the outside fountain pools, littered with traffic cones and green and brown water, looking like no one has tended to them in years. It's very upsetting to see after returning here years after my last visited and having been going since I myself was a young child. The owners have a huge amount of work to do or they just need to admit defeat and shut up shop in all honesty. Not to mention that whilst getting changed upon our leaving the pool, you can see the CCTV cameras in the locker area from a changing room, giving the impression you can be seen in return?! Definitely not recommend

I am deeply disappointed with my recent visit to Oasis Beach Pool, owned by Fusion Leisure. What was once a vibrant and enjoyable destination has now become a shadow of its former self. The state of disrepair and the lack of response from the management team have left me disheartened and frustrated. Upon arriving at the pool, I was taken aback by the sight of broken windows and the overall dismal condition. It is evident that the pool has suffered from significant neglect and lacks the care and maintenance it once received. The state of disrepair made it difficult to enjoy the facilities and created a sense of unease about the safety of the premises. The pool's current state is a far cry from what it was years ago when it was a well-kept and vibrant place for families and friends to enjoy. It looks as though it has been through a world war, with little to no effort invested in restoring it to its former glory. To add to my disappointment, attempts to reach out to the management team for a refund have been met with silence. I have made several attempts to contact them, but my emails and calls have gone unanswered. This lack of response from the management team is unacceptable and reflects a complete disregard for customer concerns. As a loyal patron, I had hoped for a positive resolution to address the issues I encountered during my visit. However, the lack of responsiveness has left me feeling ignored and frustrated. I implore the management team at Fusion Leisure to take immediate action to address the pool's deplorable state and improve communication with customers. Neglecting such a once-thriving establishment and failing to address customer inquiries is an injustice to those who once cherished this place. In its current condition, I cannot recommend Oasis Beach Pool to anyone, and I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to restore it to its former glory and ensure a responsive and caring management team. Disheartened and let down.
