I have been attending this womens only gym for a number of years now and I find them to be very helpful, friendly and their classes are great fun. Di and her team are just fantastic and would recommend this gym to everyone. Update 28 June 2013 - Still attending this Gym and have to say have only got better, check out there Spin classes great exercise and lots of fun
