Staff are super friendly and helpful. Centurion are also located here which is a locally owned and operated business that trains a range of athletes from beginner to elite focusing on areas such as fitness, performance, strength and conditioning, and more. The gym area is tidy and there's a range of equipment available. There are wheelchair accessible facilities as well.

Have been to a several fitness centers and this one is my favourite by far. There are many reasons why I feel this way. The staff are very welcoming, there is a great range of equipment and I never have to wait for equipment. Its a local gym, started right here in Porirua and I feel privileged to be a part of it. They seem to be always looking to improve which is great for us who are using it. Highly recommended. Really like/ hate the crossfit training machines!

Porirua 24/7 was a good gym but I quit the gym after 6 years because of the annoying trainers.If you don’t use them they will annoy you and want to fight with you. Also management doesn’t care about this. So if you don’t want to use the trainer than won’t recommend to you.
