The gym is clean and well-maintained. I've been taking the functional training class for a while now, and I have to say it's definitely worth it. Natasha, the functional training instructor, is very knowledgeable. She explains every part of the workout well, and most importantly, she keeps everyone on the same pace. She's available and takes care of each and every one of her students. She makes us sweat and train so hard! It's definitely worth it! Recommended!
I signed up about a year ago and have been taking the functional training class. The instructor, Natasha, is incredibly knowledgeable and pays close attention to all her students. She makes us work hard, but the results speak for themselves; the effort is well worth it. It's been a pleasure going to the gym ever since I've been training here... I highly recommend the functional training class, hard work yields great results.

Spazi moderni e luminosi. Professionalità e cortesia da parte degli operatori. Istruttori competenti, preparati ed educati. Luca, un validissimo istruttore, con sole poche ore di lezione di ginnastica posturale, ho ottenuto grandi risultati e benefici.
Ambiente curato e pulito. Ampi spazi e molto luminosa. Mi sono trovato benissimo. L’istruttore Luca è molto professionale e preparato. Consigliata.

The instructors are very knowledgeable and professional, and the locker rooms are spotless and stocked with useful items like disposable wipes, a hair dryer, and cotton swabs for drying ears—something that isn't a given. The prices are slightly below average, and the parking lot isn't very large. Parking is easy to find nearby.
