I took Tiger Yoga this morning and it was FANTASTIC! It is a high energy, encouraging, well organized class and I loved that it happened in the middle of the gym, making it feel like a fun group "party" more so than the intense work out it was!
Awesome company with amazing products. I have used there products with great results. As a personal trainer I only recommend the highest quality products Available. I personally take thee products and love them for there ability to allow u to gain lean muscle and burn thru the stubborn fat reserves. The new EZ14 digestive enzyne catalyst product is AMAZING! I feel so much better after a meal now and not bloated, as well as tons more energy the next day when training. Give this company your full attention and try there products.
