I have a 10 year old rowing machine that ended up needing a new part. Mike got back to me first thing the next morning after I emailed them and I had it two days later. Anthony was very accommodating. He put my husband in the new system, so the next time he calls and needs anything, hubby would already be all set up with an account number! Anthony also knew the machine was 22 years old and exactly what was needed. The two cables! He asked if any of the other cables or wires were showing through where the rubber connects to the metal. Hubby said "No, just those two" because he would've replaced more than just those two. .... There is a lifetime warranty on this K-1 machine. Anytime there is a problem, we call him. We've only had to order one other cable in the last 10 years, but now it's 22 years and we're ordering two more cables. .... Unbelievably great service. Highly recommend Body Craft! Number One in gym equipment.
Originally purchased in 2021 and a little more than a year later moved and setup again, the guys who originally delivered and setup and setup the second time was amazing, I absolutely love the company. Alan was also awesome whey visited the store on a sat and inquired about purchasing and then went back to actually do the purchasing.
Great place. Helpful employees and owner. The owner dealt with me direct. Wasn't pushy, answered all questions and didn't rush me on a decision. After over an hour on their floor I purchased the Galena Pro. Very happy with the machine. I use it every day and am enjoying getting the shape and strength of my youth back. Highly recommended.
Fantastic service! One of their dealers wasn't the greatest and the people at the home office reached out on their own time and made sure I was taken care of properly, stand up company! And the equipment is great, my whole home gym is Bodycraft. Built to last. Love it.
