Went to exchange a box today, I brought the power chord and was told it wasn't necessary. I got home and of course the plug can't fit into the new box. Now I have no tv. What a waste of time. If the gentleman was more focused and not busy staring at women maybe he could've caught this mistake.
Slow no urgency it's Saturday they are spending to much time with 1 customer. They have people on line waiting a while just to exchange or return a box. Then they wonder why you don't want to get their phone service.
The service was extremely slow, and there seemed to be no sense of urgency among the staff even as the line continued to grow longer and longer. Customers were waiting while employees appeared unorganized and not attentive to the volume of people in the store. The experience was frustrating and could be improved with better customer service and efficiency. All I wanted to do is simply return the equipment
The worst decision they ever made is closing two stores Ave K/E45st and flatland stores. I really missed the Ave K/E45th street store with the window booth and the workers there and I hope the workers from flatlands and 49th st in bklyn are not layoff.
