Wow. What a gym! Highly recommended. The staff are truly and utterly amazing. Especially Gem! Such a buzz! Every single one of them are full of unbelievable amounts of knowledge but also come across in such a professional yet friendly manner. I was made to feel so at home that I will be returning very soon! The machines are insane and what a pump it gave me!! So clean and tidy everywhere. The atmosphere is epic! Tunes banging away all day really pushed me into the groove of heavy training! Everyone was epic! Like a family here and made me feel so at home I never wanna leave!!

I've had such a great experience at Absalute Gym! The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and have everything you need whether you're just starting out or training seriously. The atmosphere is really motivating, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about members. A special mention to the receptionist team - they are absolutely excellent. Always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything. It really makes a difference walking into a gym where you feel valued from the moment you arrive. Highly recommend Absolute Gym to anyone looking for a supportive and professional place to train!

Ab Salute is a brilliant gym - It is a whole other level above most of the gyms in chelmsford. There are the occasional issues eith broken machines taking a while to fix but its clear the staff are working to get this done. On the whole its clean, tidy and people put their weights back most of the time. Doesnt seem to attract the 🥦haired lot like Pure Gym and the Gym group as well. It could be better (and the other ab salutes that have had a refurb are nicer) but it is the best option in chelmsford by a considerable margin (probably why it hasnt had a refurb).

Excellent gym, with well used but well maintained equipment. Every piece of kit imaginable, and usually 2 or 3 different variants for each muscle. Dumbbells all the way up to 70kg! 2 different girls on reception on the days I came, but both very friendly and helpful. Good value day passes. It's quite a rules based gym and members are asked to put weights back quite forcefully, fine by me I like that style but if it's not your thing you'd best choose another place! The only recommendation I'd make would be for a few tables scattered around the ground level gym for people to put their phones, water bottles etc on rather than use the benches, machines or floor. Upper floor has deep window sills that work well for this. I'll be back when I'm in Chelmsford for sure.

The gym is well equipped with many professional machines and looks very good. I'll give it 4 stars because there's no free WiFi, the signal is weak, and many members don't put the weights back I often find weights left on machines. Other than that, all good.
