One of the last real oldschool studios, family atmosphere unchanged for years. In a studio like Mertzenich, you simply train differently, you will be helped with nutrition and training plans and you will be motivated to create more. You will meet experienced bodybuilders who are ready for tips and help and also like to just sit and chat. The owner himself coached some people who go on stage and regularly clear prices. He has also been on stage for many years as you can see in the pictures in the studio. The most important thing is, then you have enough space in this studio, you can change clothes and showers and it is not crowded like some chains in Moers. It's just fun to train there.
