I highly recommend Nimya at Active Physio Health. I injured my shoulder in late 2024 and saw a physio therapist who charged a lot but did very little. The staff are amazing from the time you walk in, to the time you leave the care, kindness, support and service you receive is at such a high level and the friendliness of the staff is unmatched to anywhere else I have been in Gladstone. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent service and care. We have been going to Active Physio for the last few years for all sorts of injuries - knees, hips, back pain, etc. and are very happy with the treatment we have received. They are knowledgeable, thorough in the treatment process, clearly explaining what causes the problem and showing us some follow-up exercises. Highly recommended!
Active Physio Gladstone are awesome. Practice Manager and reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have just completed my physio after having a knee replacement. My physio Minya was amazing, gentle and very caring. When I asked her to stop she did and then sometimes tried to go a little further. My knee specialist on my 12 week visit estimated my recovery level at 6 months. I am very grateful to Minya for helping me to reach this level. Minya you are one awesome physio and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
