I highly recommend Nimya at Active Physio Health. I injured my shoulder in late 2024 and saw a physio therapist who charged a lot but did very little. I stopped going and ignored the issue, but it progressively worsened. Active Physio Gladstone are awesome. Practice Manager and reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have just completed my physio after having a knee replacement. My physio Minya was amazing, gentle and very caring. When I asked her to stop she did and then sometimes tried to go a little further. My knee specialist on my 12 week visit estimated my recovery level at 6 months. I am very grateful to Minya for helping me to reach this level. Minya you are one awesome physio and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
