London Hilton On Park Lane

Wonderful stay at the London Hilton on Park Lane! The property and the experience were excellent but what made the stay extra memorable was the interaction with Safiya Sheth, who was managing the executive lounge front desk. She is a skillful listener, who understands guest needs quickly and addresses them comprehensively. She also gives a clear overview of what to expect next, which removes a lot of uncertainty involved during the stay. She is a fantastic ambassador for the brand.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect, just across from Hyde Park Corner - I couldn’t ask for more. The check-in and check-out processes went smoothly. The Front Desk team was friendly and very helpful with any questions or requests I had. I also received a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe room on a higher floor with a fascinating view, which I truly appreciated. Bial from the Front Desk was especially friendly and professional, and genuinely cared about how our stay went. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. I would especially like to mention Samreen from the breakfast area, who went the extra mile. I would also like to mention Ivana, Oscar, and their colleagues from the restaurant - thank you for all the hard work and for always having smiles on your faces. I’m sorry I can’t remember all the names, but I would also like to mention the team at the bar. One gentleman, I believe from Argentina, and another from London were both extremely friendly. I’m already looking forward to coming back and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

I would like to express my gratitude for your hospitality. Especially for fantastic assistance and warm welcome I have received from Safija who has been extraordinarily helpful during my whole stay. With her willingness and readiness to help she has made my stay truly delightful. I appreciate her engagement and enthusiasm to comfort me in the challenging moment. She did support me with everything I needed and was opened to all my (maybe strange) requests and definitely did an extra mile just to make sure I’m happy with everything. It was remarkable stay! A very overdue review — but some stays are memorable enough that you still think about them years later. Charlie and I stayed at the London Hilton on Park Lane in December 2022, and it was genuinely such a special experience. London in December is magical anyway, but being based in Mayfair, right by Hyde Park, just elevated the whole trip. The hotel itself has that classic, iconic feel the moment you walk in. It’s elegant without being stuffy, luxurious without feeling intimidating. Our room was beautiful — spotless, spacious and incredibly comfortable — and the views across London were something else. Waking up to that skyline in winter felt properly cinematic. What stood out most though was the service. The team were warm, professional and attentive throughout. Nothing felt forced or transactional — just thoughtful hospitality done really well. You can always tell when staff take pride in where they work, and that absolutely came through. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel looked after from start to finish. Even now, thinking back to that December stay, it still feels special. A huge thank you to everyone at the London Hilton on Park Lane for making it such a memorable visit. It’s one we won’t forget.

Easily one of my favourite Hilton hotels. The whole experience felt smooth from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Titus and Abi at reception who were warm, professional, and made check-in effortless. The executive lounge team Stan, Melissa and Safna were equally impressive. They genuinely care about their guests and go the extra mile to make you feel looked after. The hospitality was consistent throughout and it really shows. Huge credit to the entire team I hope the management recognises what an asset you all are. Already looking forward to my next visit! 🌟
