Fabulous luxurious decor with the best sports TV screen room . It has a huge 5 metre long TV screen. Staff and service are very good. Food is excellent & $7 per schooner of beer. Well worth a visit.
Went to a Birthday Party at the Retro Room. Had dinner at The Tattersall's Club first. Beautiful beer battered fish and chips. Reasonably priced, delicious food, excellent service.
A great members only club in the heart of Sydney CBD with the cheapest beers in town. I am a member here it its great. Absolutely love the Esperanto restaurant for fine dining. Also the reciprocal club member for visiting exclusive clubs over seas is great.
Just had the 13.50 lunch special and there are many to choose from. Its good value and tasted great. At the moment until End of Month 49%off drinks so take advantage of that. Staff friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars but food wasnt hot.
We wanted to have lunch at the restaurant on Tuesday, 5 May, with friends to celebrate one of our birthdays. We have all been gold members of the club for many years. Although there was a function taking place at the time, we only occupied a small table. Unfortunately, the restaurant manager approached us and told us to leave immediately. When we politely asked if we could stay for a short while longer, he became very rude and aggressive, even threatening to call security. It was a very unpleasant experience, and we were shocked by such behaviour. After many years as loyal members, this treatment was extremely disappointing. I will not be visiting the restaurant again, and I intend to warn friends about our experience. I am also considering returning my membership. The old City Tattersalls was known for its class and excellent service, but sadly that no longer seems to be the case. These days it feels like just another ordinary venue, with nothing special about it anymore.
