The gym is a disgrace. There's never any air conditioning, even if it's 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) and it's not on. They only turn it on upon request, and even then, it's a real hassle. If we users close all the windows and go downstairs to ask for it, they only turn on half the time, if they happen to be having a good day. They won't actually do anything about the air conditioning until we all collapse from exhaustion. There's also no instructor to keep order in the room and make sure everything is in order; weight plates are often left on the machines. So, if you're thinking of joining for the pool, great, but if you're coming for the gym, forget it, because it's more of a sauna than a gym.
My experience was very disappointing due to the way the new receptionist treated me. I've been a student for over a year and a half without any problems, and I went to ask for just a week's grace period to pay for the classes, as I didn't have the money at the time. Her attitude was completely disrespectful. She was quite rude, didn't let me explain, and as a result, I was forced to cancel my membership. Furthermore, nothing has been done, and no one has contacted me at all. I didn't expect this from the administration. Such treatment of customers is unacceptable and leaves much to be desired.
