I started attending this gym late 2021. It's user friendly and easily accessible. The instructors are knowledgeable in what they do. They open 6 days a week. You will be surprised with the tools and equipments available. It's all inclusive from male to female, youths and the young at heart but old in frame. (Sic) 😂 Visit them and feel the healthy vibe day in day out.
