Das Training in der EMS Lounge Coburg Klinikum ist absolut zu empfehlen, „Schnuppert“ doch mal rein - es wird Euch gefallen und ihr werdet merken, wie effektiv diese Art von Training ist.

Sehr motivierendes Personal Training mit dem Extrafitness-Kick. Die 20 Minuten reichen wirklich pro Einheit, man spürt den Fortschritt am eigenen Körper wöchentlich! Wasser zum Hydrieren ist enthalten, sowie auch eine Dusche. Parken kann man in 2 Parkhäusern nebenan. Preislich ist es eben Personal Training, andererseits gehts um die eigene Gesundheit 😉
