I dropped in for a workout while visiting the area for a few days. This gym was wonderful! The staff and other members were very friendly. The gym is spacious with a large variety of weights and machines. I’m bummed I’m only in town for such a short time, I would love to work out a few more times.
Can't think of a better way to find community after just moving to the area. Large gym, kind members, and competitive, but very welcoming, atmosphere. The coaches are very knowledgeable and intentional in their approach, and I am extremely grateful to have found CrossFit Agoge!
What a great CrossFit gym, I dropped in here over the last weekend and both coaches I had were fantastic, the athletes were friendly and welcoming and the box itself was big with great equipment. If you need a cross fit gym in or around montrose give them a shot! It’s an awesome environment.
Massive gym, great equipment, training and crossfit community. I stopped by for a drop-in and was very impressed.
disorganized, rude, disrespectful, and NOT at all what a crossfit gym should be. The members in the class are stuck up. We are required to run down a road with traffic every other day. I get made fun of when I tell people i’m in crossfit agoge. We work out in the street for some reason even though we have a gym, for some reason?
