Uma academia estilo old school, tem local pra fazer remada cavalinho livre, barras longas pra agachamento, porém só existe uma gaiola de agachamento. A academia é muito limpa, os banheiros são muito limpos. Tem uma estrutura legal pra quem precisa malhae, se arrumar e dps ir trabalhar ou estudar.
A academia é boa, bons maquinários, bem distribuído, mas acho que falta mais supervisão dos professores. Já vi alguns alunos fazendo os exercícios em posições incorretas, e isso pode gerar lesões... Os professores devem ter uma proatividade maior...
