I love it at Mvp! It's the first gym that I have not only felt fully comfortable but I have fun working out! The environment and the people are so welcoming. 6 stars!
I have been a member of MVP since 2016 & loyal to the 5am work classes. This place is not just a gym it is a safe space to escape for a hour or two everyday. It has been a place that not only helped me physically but to help me mentally.
Been coming to mvp for 8 years or so! Love the variety of classes they offer. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and make you feel at home.
I've known about MVP Dance Fit since they opened, but was always too scared to go out of fear of judgement. I finally came to a class and instantly became addicted. Everyone is incredibly amazing, kind, and encouraging. The positivity makes you want to keep coming and building those gym buddy friendships are priceless! I never plan to leave and I am so blessed to have finally stepped out of my comfort zone and found a place where I belong.
MVP is more than a gym it's a family! I don know what I would have done without mvp and the amazing instructors and offering 5 am classes!
