Recently signed up to David Lloyd and was helped by Kim who was so incredible from start to finish. She took me on my tour of the facilities and answered all of my questions and really helped me understand the layout and what’s on offer at the club. She is incredibly friendly and tailored her recommendations to what she thought I would enjoy the most out of the membership and overall was an angel. She’s made me feel super excited about starting the membership and taking advantage of all of what the club has to offer.
I’d like to leave a review for Kimran at David Lloyd West Bridgford. She has been incredibly patient and helpful from the very beginning. She took the time to ring me several times to check in and made sure I was settling into the club comfortably. Her warm and welcoming approach really stood out. Thanks to her support, I feel genuinely welcomed and happy to be part of the club. It’s clear she truly cares about the members, and I really appreciate everything she’s done.
Things have changed since Laura joined the club as our manager. She is friendly, approachable, out there and gets things done! Shout out also to Ryan personal trainer too, so patient and has motivated my son such that he has gone from doing no exercise to taking on a half marathon
David Lloyd West Bridgford is an amazing place that caters brilliantly to both adults and young children. The facilities are fantastic, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and family-friendly. They organise beautiful birthday parties for little ones, with a dedicated room for the children to enjoy their food and a separate space purely for play, which makes everything feel well organised and stress-free. It’s a wonderful place for families to relax, celebrate, and stay active together. Highly recommended!
If you’re looking for a gym where you can train in normal temperatures this is not for you. There is no functioning aircon, in summer we have fans that blow around hot air, ridiculous for the price you pay for this place
