Halee is the best. I walked into the gym during their open hours and was able to purchase a couple day passes then and there. Halee even came in for me on an off-day to accommodate my schedule. Really incredible customer service. And the gym had every machine and free weight you’d really need, and it was clean. Would definitely come back if we vacation in Bigfork again.
The gym is currently now called “EMPOWER GYM” my husband had a membership when it was a different owner, he broke his ankle and discontinued his membership…. For months we got no charges, as soon as the name changed we were getting charge every month tried calling no one picks up, tried going in no one is ever there, leave a message nothing, so they have and probably will continue to charge us. And refuse to refund any previous charges. This place is awful don’t EVER go. They will charge you indefinitely. Hopefully this saves you from the nightmare many of us have fallen victim to.
Wendy, the owner has been a lackluster business owner from the start of my time at the fit 24 gym in bigfork. Her communication skills have been non existent with her reply’s sometimes taking weeks at a time. My membership was recently canceled because from my understanding is that I was paying for a 2 person membership, which started out me and my gf, due to health concerns my girlfriend stopped coming along with me which I initially thought I could bring another person with me… of course not. I understand you have insurance policies, but warnings are nice! If you want a good gym experience, head on over to the Montana Athletic club where they do things right!
I ended my membership well over a year ago. To my surprise, I received my 3 month bank statement and Fit24 has been auto-withdrawing membership fees for the past 3 months. I have called three times and left messages with no response over a 4 day period. No one is ever in the office as well. Their voicemail states you will receive a call back within 24 hours. My issue is still not resolved and am very disappointed in a local business of Bigfork to operate in this manner. I would rate them a zero.
I just started working in Bigfork and was hoping to obtain a membership to workout on my lunch break. I drove up to the gym and the door was locked.. Apparently you cannot even walk in during daytime business hours without a key card which is ridiculous. I get the "locked door keycard thing" after hours but during the middle of the day? Then it took forever for someone to open the door, I asked if I could look into a membership and the lady was rude and rushing me. She told me no one is here during the day and I have to call to get a membership. I told her I would call but I already changed and was hoping to workout today. I asked if I could try it out for the day since they wouldn't let me in and Even offered to pay for a day pass. She was rude and told me I couldn't even go on the treadmill for 30 minutes. What a fricken joke. Already unimpressed with the disorganization and lack of professionalism and respect by staff.
