I'm so glad I decided to come here because it has completely changed my life and how I work out. All the trainers are super attentive and really care about their members. If you have injuries, they'll help find alternatives. They always think of new ways to mix things up to keep you motivated and laughing. Perfect for anyone who has the motivation to get in shape, but doesn’t know where to start or needs a bit of structure in their routine. There’s a good variety of workouts to help you target specific goals, whatever they may be (strength, endurance, cardiovascular conditioning or any combination of the above). Most importantly, the instructors are excellent - very friendly and always helping you improve your form, work around and manage injuries, or even make exercises more challenging if you’re progressing. Thanks to Trainer Gopi & Suresh who have been looking after me since week1. I’ve had some great memories and have met some wonderful friends here. Keep it up team 💪

Best gym... With affordable fees and comfortable ambience for good workout. Personal training available with expert trainers. For girls it's the best place to get their customised exercises according to their body conditions. Over all awesome :) 👍👏👌
