What a fantastic gym! Super friendly members and staff, equipment is brilliant, always spotless, and got everything you want regardless of how you want to train. The classes have been brilliant for me, Rhys is super welcoming and is great at keeping them varied and adapts them for all members regardless of ability or niggles! They are as hard as you make them if you put the effort in! but in a good way, which is what you want. Great for anyone who likes Hyrox/crossfit style training.
I've been a member at Emp1re since mid August and haven't looked back since. I moved from a local commercial gym and this place blows it out of the water every day of the week. The Hybrid/Bootcamp classes are set up differently each session so things always feel new, the equipment available is top notch and Rhys pushes you to be your best and better every single session. If you want a gym that knows you individually, has a great bunch of members and a knowledgeable PT/owner, I'd give it a go!
Amazing gym with a great community. Great range of equipment and classes (hyrox, bootcamp) that run throughout the day to accommodate your schedule. Staff are knowledgable, approachable and super friendly. Always happy to help. I joined super nervous, Im not the most confident at weights, but the vibe was always non judgemental and welcoming, and it's really helped me improve my fitness and made a huge difference to my mental health. Highly recommend this gym.
Emp1re goes above and beyond to make sure this gym is the best gym in the West Midlands! The equipment and vibe caters for both serious gym goers and beginners, with a full range hand-selected equipment, so every training style is suited to. I would especially recommend this gym to strongmen/women and powerlifters of all abilities. The gym is spotless and all hours are staffed which contributes to a welcoming and friendly environment! Although the membership price is lower than some other specialist gyms in the area, emp1re do a great job of reinvesting our money into equipment that is requested by members, allowing the gym to get better and better.
