Excellent trainers, modern equipment and good advice, I feel comfortable, I go three times a week and there's also a sauna (before Corona) and MedJet. Just try it out...

It's fun, but my wife, who's in her early sixties, sometimes feels condescendingly treated by the younger female trainers. She's a tough and friendly woman who isn't easily intimidated!
