Pilates by Maria Larsen is the best Pilates studio in Lisbon, without a doubt. I have never experienced a studio or class experience like it. From the moment you walk in, there’s such a calm, welcoming energy — you can tell everyone here genuinely loves what they do. From group classes to individual classes, the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and pay attention to every detail, so you’re always improving. I have had classes with Maria and Marta, and both are incredible. I’ve noticed such a difference in my posture, strength, and overall well-being since I started. It’s honestly become one of my favorite parts of the week. I recommend the studio to everyone and anyone I know.
I had a really great session today with Silvia. She’s a very talented teacher and a true master at what she does. I also briefly met with Maria who seemed really kind and passionate about Pilates. Great studio, great machines, great teachers
The best Pilates studio in all of Lisbon, hands down! From the quality of the teachers, to the supportive, family-like environment, I would recommend this studio to everyone (beginner or advanced) as the number one place to do Pilates.
