Discipline Performance Gym

Gym and staff are fantastic, got that old school gym feel for the real gym bugs,everyone there seems to really do the real work and live the culture, owner is the real deal,best trainer in the business, produces results plain and simple ,a great guy. my opinion- the best gym around especially for personal training, classes,boot camp ,and weight room,oh yeah and they have a deadlift platform and Noone makes you feel bad about making noise or dropping a weight, SICK GYM!!!!!!

Great gym, great atmosphere, never give up atmosphere, changed my whole attitude in a positive way.. . Muy Thai W/Mark has been great it has done wonders for my confidence. Owner Glenn always takes the time to say hi & ask how you’re doing. Best gym I've been a part of would recommend to anyone looking for a gym, & Ironically D/P gave me exactly what I needed which was discipline & I'm grateful to have found it.

Such a great gym! All the equipment you need from machines to free weights, stair masters and treadmills. They have a full boxing ring and heavy bags. Super friendly and welcoming staff and great classes and personal trainers. Best of all, the gym atmosphere and etiquette here is great! I’ve had experiences in the past with places like Planet Fitness where it feels like a race to claim a piece of equipment and there’s none of that at DF. Members and staff are all very respectful and kind to one another. This is definitely the place you want to go if you’re serious about physical fitness from someone just starting out to professional body builders. DF is the best gym in the area by far. Highly recommend!

No better facility out there and no better trainer than Glen. Tons of space.His HIIT classes are constantly evolving and enjoyable, with more focus on muscle growth than other places. Cost is extremely reasonable comparatively speaking ( $15 a class). Also offers personal training in his fully functional on site gym. Never have a bad day at DF, and the people are all normal, hardworking people. No egos.

The facility itself is impressive, the gym is clean, and the equipment is top-tier. If you are strictly looking for a high-quality place to train, the environment here delivers on that front. However, my experience was severely soured by a billing dispute with the owner. Despite having paid my membership fees, I was told my payment hadn't been received. When I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the owner, the conversation was handled poorly and left me feeling more frustrated and disrespected than before. It ultimately reached a point where I felt I had no choice but to leave the gym entirely. Bottom line: This is a great gym if you can manage to stay under the radar, but be wary of the management. It’s a shame that a solid training space is undermined by poor conflict resolution and customer service.
