We absolutely love the Prana Center! Roberta is truly wonderful with the kids - she has a special way of making every child feel confident, accepted, and supported. My daughter, now 12, has been involved with Prana since kindergarten, and it remains one of the activities she looks forward to most year after year. Roberta thoughtfully selects plays and musicals that are both age-appropriate and fun, often with valuable input from the young actors themselves. The productions are always impressive, and it's incredible to see the high quality of the shows they put together - sometimes in just a week or two during the summer camps! Prana has fostered a love of theater, teamwork, and creativity in my daughter, and I can't recommend Roberta and her supportive crew highly enough (of note--much of her crew is made up of high school kids who have previously participated in the Prana shows). It is a warm, encouraging community where kids of all ages truly thrive.
We have been part of Prana for 10+ years, starting with yoga then moving to the kids Theater program. We love Roberta's warm welcoming atmosphere, inclusivity to all kids, and way to make each kid feel special. I feel Prana has built a community for my kids, a special place to be heard, have fun, and return play after play because each experience is so unique. Thank you to Prana!! I highly recommend the Prana Center if you are looking for a welcoming yoga experience no matter your level of experience or physical condition. I've been taking classes at Prana for several years and regularly attend both Michelle's gentle Kripalu Yoga and Roberta's Yoga with the Ball and Weights. Two very different classes but both instructors have a calming non-judgmental manner and offer both easier and more challenging modifications. Morning, evening, and weekend classes are available - give Prana Center a try!
My wife and I have been regulars at Prana for several years now. We love all the instructors, especially Michelle and the Thursday night regulars. Kathleen's Saturday morning class is a great place to start your weekend routine. Highly recommend Prana for all ages and skill levels.
The Prana Center is a very special place and I am extremely grateful to have such a great Yoga studio in my hometown! I've also enjoyed attending Prana's youth performances and am in awe of and impressed by Prana's commitment to our community. The Prana Center is a singularly remarkable place!
