Se vierem por causa da sauna não venham pois está em manutenção. Os equipamentos são antigos, sem supino maquina apenas supinos para colocar com anilhas. Hj estou dor nas costas e tive dificuldade de colocar as anilhas, imagina os velhinhos? O treino foi bem meia boca por causa dessa questão. O que vale a pena são os professores, eles são bem receptivos e solícitos. Poderiam melhorar as aulas coletivas que antigamente tinha body combat, power jump e etc... A Sala de bike é linda e moderna. Eu gostei pois é do lado da minha casa isso facilita muito.

The gym is not that big, but offers all the equipment for a great workout. The professors are very helpful and skilled making the environment good for all kind of people. The parking lot service is a plus!
