Clean space in a convenient location, easy to find: the inside is very well organized (efficient use of small space), there's shower, Muay Thai equipments are provided. I took a Sunday strength and conditioning class which was good. The class was nicely structured, instructor was helpful and good at explaining the exercises and cheering members up, members are all friendly and motivated. Recommended!
