Loved it here. Came two days in a row and they made me fill out a new member form twice. Price is 25,000 for a day pass. Don't go during the busy times, but overall the gym had everything you need for a great workout and more. Lots of room, clean machines, and people to ask questions to. Best gym near the city wall.
Big gym with big variety of cardio and weights machines. Don't expect any guide to help you or correct you. They are present but busy doing personal trainings or just talking to girls. Price is quite high- 49k cop for a single entry. Make sure you come early, become after 5pm it's impossible to train.
In principle, it's more than a decent gym. Plenty of equipment, though some slightly dated. It wasn't busy at all, though I've been there on 30 Dec at 8 PM, so that may be the reason. Dumbbells all over the place. However, day pass of 49k is the main reason for raring going from 4 to 3 stars. That's a robbery.
The equipment in the gym is adequate and the staff for the most part are friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is the lack of gym etiquette. The instagram/tiktok crowd hold machines for photoshoots. It’s really not a gym for serious lifters, more of a social gym.
They didn’t let me in because of my clothes, saying it should be “sports clothes”. I’m attaching an image of what I was wearing. I wore this to 5 other smartfits across Latin America, I’ma frequent client, and never had any questions asked, so it’s this one in particular that has problems with me. Let alone the fact that I’m visibly a tourist and you could’ve known you don’t always have the time to change your outfits for “sports clothes” while travelling actively. And you could’ve respected that because I’m buying your most expensive daily pass that costs ridiculous 49.990COP. I only support gyms that allow you to wear what you feel comfortable in. Therefore I urge you to stop using the services of this smartfit and leave a negative review on your behalf.
