Moov Vital - Gym in Louisville, United States

I've been a member of this gym for about 8 months now. At first, I was pretty hesitant because it was intimidating to work out in a group setting and I hadn't ever done CrossFit before. But I'm so glad that I joined this gym. Their introductory course gave me a 1 on 1 instruction to the various lifts and movement in CrossFit so I felt more comfortable in an actual class. I ended up participating in a 6 week challenge that includes a diet and exercise regime. In the end I lost ~17 pounds. So, all in all, I'm glad I ignored my hesitation and joined this rocking community!

Love this gym! The trainers are top notch, know what they are doing and keep an eye on the proper forms for the workouts. The environment doesn't carry the "bro" stigma and it is nice to see that there is true gender diversity. What I truly enjoy is the holistic approach utilizing pre-workout yoga and post-workout stretching. I joined 2 months ago, completed the 6-week challenge and hit my goal going three times a week. I am also battling a hypothyroid condition and was able to leverage their in-house Chinese Medicine practitioner. I have not felt this good in a long time...Thanks Moov!

This is a great gym with great owners. You don't see their degree of personal commitment and sincerity in many businesses. They will make you believe that the most important thing to them is your well-being. And in fact, it is!

If you're looking for a fun, non-intimidating, clean place to workout, Moov is the place to go. The coaches are super skilled & caring and take the time to thoroughly explain any movements or give you modifications if need be, keeping your body safe, so you can get stronger & leaner. I've been working out here for the past 4-months & am hooked :)
