Great gym with a great atmosphere!!! Whether u there to learn to box or to keep fit there's something for everyone! All levels are welcome from the raw novice right up to competive pros, and the gym boasts 2 rings multiple bags, spin bike and rowing machine along with free weights!! An exciting lively place to be if you want to get fit. It's not just for boxing ,you can work on improving your fitness as well. It's the best gym I've ever been in, everyone is so friendly, supportive and encouraging. This gym is not just for men, it for ladies and teenagers 14 and over. Got a holiday coming up or need to exercise for health reasons, this gym is for you. Want to gain boxing skills or just get fit, this gym is for you. So if you think a gym is not for you because you won't fit in then think again. It doesn't matter how over weight you are or unfit this place is for you. Even if you are serious about your fitness you will be challenged.What is fab about this gym is that it is tailored to your level. The price is really competetive especially as the trainer has soo much knowledge, skill and professionalism that you cant but improve. What is there to think about....join now you wont be disappointed.
It is a boxing gym...yes! But so much more. Great facilities, friendly trainers and attendees... Women and men. Everyone helps each other from experienced to novice.
