We finally found a great pediatrician, Lidiya Nikolaevna Kirienko. She listened, explained a lot, paid attention to my child's allergies, and prescribed treatment based on that. She pointed out that I also have allergies, even though I'd never known it. She listened to my child, talked with her, and was kind. But about a year ago, we visited an ENT specialist at the same facility, and knowing our child had allergies, she prescribed herbal medication that was contraindicated for my child. That was a waste of money. This time, I was very hesitant to go to a medical expert, but we were very lucky. And the five stars are all thanks to Lidiya Nikolaevna. P.S. We went to see the pediatrician. The receptionists were great, they were polite and welcoming, but the doctor in pediatrician's office 203 was the first time I'd ever encountered someone so inexperienced, as we're medical professionals ourselves and, according to medical code, don't talk to people like that, and certainly not to children! She was completely rude, even though we were just there for tests. We felt like we were in a 1990s clinic, both in terms of communication and education.
