The earring broke the second time I tried to put it on. It simply fell out of my ear. They refused to repair or replace it, claiming it was mechanically damaged. At first, they emailed me that they wouldn't replace it. Then they finally told me to bring it in for inspection. In the end, I made two unnecessary trips to Atrium, as the inspection took several more days and the results were zero. I have a lot of jewelry, and none of it has ever broken like this, even after extensive use. The quality leaves much to be desired. I don't recommend it.
The earrings are of very poor quality. One hoop earring was immediately lost due to a weak clasp, the tiny studs have very short stems, and the already awkward screw is impossible to tighten (with long nails, it requires assistance), half the pieces have darkened significantly, and the stone became cloudy after six months of wear.
