Best gym ever
3 stars the facility is very good however I personally do not find the staff to be particularly friendly at all
Quite a dated gym considering this is meant to be the prestigious gym. I prefer the club at Meridian as all clean, new and cheaper membership!

Would have to agree that the staff let this place down, after months of hassling calls from them (My fault for filling in the online form) I stoped by to have a quick look at the gym and pool, I was asked to sit and fill out a form and once they had all my details I was told no one was "qualified" to show me around, they couldn't give me a price list or a class list and were pretty rude, however I'm glad I did walk in, now I have seen and experienced the club in this way, and read other reviews I know it's not for me, I recommend others to walk in and experience this for themselves before joining. The other David Lloyd club (meridian) is only a few minutes away, with much better customer service.

Spent over 2 hrs waiting on reception to get membership for myself, wife and 2 kids. We've been told to sit and wait for somebody to come and see us, but nobody turned up. Left completely disappointed. Expected a bit more respect and attention from staff. Nice facility but horrible customer service.
