Upstates Virtual Live classes have really helped me stay motivated during lockdown! The trainers are so motivating and the classes are so rewarding. My fave class is Box Hiit for a sweaty start to my day! 10/10 would recommend.

I've been attending their online classes throughout Covid and I absolute love their energy and different style of classes they offer. They're short and sharp and sooo effective! Jessica and the boxing class is my favorite!

I have only recently in the past week joined Upstate Live Membership and already absolutely in love with it! The livestream they provide is so convenient for myself as I live in ocean grove. I literally just roll out of bed every morning and jump into a 30 minute class before I start work. The instructors are all fantastic and great at motivating you to keep going even when it gets tough! They really push you to your limits with the knowledge that everyone has different boundaries. 10/10 recommend!

Love this place!! I live 400km from Geelong but get to be part of the Upstate community every day via their Livestream Classes. By booking in the day before I am motivated to get up early and take my class. The presenters are fantastic! Happy, motivating and inclusive.
