The staff here is SO nice and they have a great option to try out class for $10. Newbies let your instructor know you need help with alignment and lots of verbal queues. Pete who teaches on M & T evenings is AMAZING! Be prepaid to get your butt kicked bc he checks in regularly to make sure you're doing the exercises correctly. Bring socks to wear in class. Packages to drive costs down ~$20 per class which is very competitive for Pilates rates. It's unusual for me to give five stars, but the manager Ali is so tentative to students and their needs that you truly are getting a superior experience. This should be your new studio to fall in love with fitness!

Hard core clients, amazing energy, sweaty, soul-pumping classes. 55 minutes you won't regret on Union Street! This location has two studios which means more classes and more good times! :)
