Staff is excellent and always accommodate. The comfortable environment makes you feel like you don't have to be a super human in order to work out there. From oldies to recent styles, great music is always playing that gets you pumped. From the strenuous to the simple, they have machines for everyone of every age and style, and are always up-to-par. It includes a small track which can be accessed by stairs or a convenient elevator. A wonderful place to workout in all, and I would recommend anyone to come here.

Owned by Citizen Pottowatomie Nation, and open to all Native Americans of any tribe, this is a complete wellness facility. It includes a walking track, gym, indoor pool, diabetes clinic, elder care clinic with kitchen, physical therapy clinic etc. Fully staffed with health and wellness professionals.
