Our family consists of a my disabled Veteran husband, elderly Mom, grandkids, fur babies and the rest of us. We were without AC for five long days and nights. We called Iceberg on Saturday due to a water tank leak since other places didn’t have technicians available until at night. Bailey was their technician and he called to give us heads up he was on his way within a couple of hrs. He was able to assess the damage and give us options for the replacement prices. They didn’t have the brand available so he was able to return on Monday with the tank and replace it within an hour. Normally other companies just give you a 4 hour wait time window but Bailey was able to call ahead to give us closer time of arrival which was very convenient.
Christopher, our technician, was extremely helpful, professional, and personable. He thoroughly checked our A/C unit, explained everything clearly, and provided valuable feedback regarding its condition. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the entire experience a pleasure. We truly appreciate his knowledge, honesty, and willingness to answer our questions. Christopher was amazing, and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing A/C service!
Extremely impressed by Iceberg!! The entire experience from scheduling an appointment to the service itself, was absolutely 5 Star! Bert, our technician, was on time and kept persistent communication the day of our appointment. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I also love that they send you a picture of your technician as well as your technicians background before they arrive, this really makes iceberg stand out! We were not pressured to purchase anything extra and Bert did a phenomenal job at maintenance in our system. We will most definitely be using them again in the future and I highly recommend for you to give them a try!
